Skewers of grilled Eggplant


Ingredients (serves 4):

  • 2 small eggplants
  • 2 colorful peppers
  • 20-30 ounces of mushrooms
  • 1 hot chili
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • 2 sprigs Rosemary
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons of sour-sweet sauce
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger Rhizome
  • Salt

Recipe:

Wash the eggplants, cut off the ends and slice lengthwise into a fairly thin slices. Sprinkle them with salt and leave for 10-15 minutes, until the wilderness.
